System Status

In an effort to keep our valued clients better informed on the status for our Hosted XactTIME system, a "Status Hotline" has been implemented.  You can access the status hotline by dialing 800-227-9766, ext 799. You will receive a recorded status update message such as:

You have reached our Hosted Time & Attendance status line;

  • There is no upcoming scheduled maintenance to report.
  • There is system maintenance scheduled to begin on mm/dd/yy at hh:mm and should last for approximately xx minutes/hours.
    • During this time you may experience some system outages.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
    • During this time the system will not be accessible via the web. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • The system is currently experiencing a (scheduled/unexpected) outage, we expect to be back on line xxxx (momentarily, within the next xx minutes/hours). We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We experienced a (scheduled/unexpected) outage on, mm/dd/yy at hh:mm for approximately xx hours/minutes.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
